I'm a wife, mother of one wildling, without whom this business would never have happened. My journey into photography wasn't linear, photography has been in my life since I was old enough to pick up a camera and flick through my parent's family albums. In my mid 30s, mid pandemic I decided to throw caution to the wind and go for it. I can truly say I love what I do, I pour my heart and soul into every session and feel truly grateful that this is what I get to do.

I have a home studio in Woodhouse Eaves, but i also shoot in people's homes or outdoors.

My why is simply to capture the authentic connection between people, be that parents and children, siblings or two souls getting married. My style of photography is very unobtrusive, gently posed and observing what happens in front of me. As a person I'm naturally an observer, friendly and calm head in a room of chaos. I'm obsessed with light, how it falls and this is always front of mind during my shoots.

My editing style for newborn, maternity and family work in my home studio is naturally creamy, soft and intimate.

My wedding photography style is romantic, soft and ethereal with muted tones.

I'm not light and airy or dark and moody I'm somewhat in between. I want clients to have images that are natural and timeless which will be forever cherished. My Instagram gives a really good overview of my style and if you love that then we're a match. Head to my contact page to get in touch.

I believe you can tell a lot about a person when you know their why
